Nineteen Private Capital is owned by the three largest Wallenberg Foundations through Wallenberg Investments AB, and invests in Alternative Assets, including Buyout, Venture Capital and Growth Equity Funds, as well as Co-Investments.

Together with the public industrial holding company Investor AB and the private holding companies Wallenberg Investments, FAM and Navigare Ventures, Nineteen Private Capital represents a long-term ownership strategy with a combined mission of strengthening the Wallenberg Foundations.
